Smileys Property Rescue is how we describe ourselves: professional, reliable property maintenance in the christchurch area. That is the whole offer. Not a landscaping design service, not an interior crew — the ordinary outdoor upkeep that keeps a Christchurch property presentable, done by people who turn up when they say they will.
The work is unglamorous and it is what actually changes how a place looks from the street. A lawn cut to the right height with the edges finished. A hedge with a straight face instead of a ragged one. A bed that has been dug over, edged and mulched. Paths and driveways cleared of the clippings and leaves that make a tidy yard look untidy.

Nothing on this site is stock photography dressed up as work. The lawn with the stripes, the tall hedge cut back off the path, the fresh mulch on the bed — every one of those is a Smileys Property Rescue job on a Christchurch property, posted to our own page at the time it was finished.
That matters more than it sounds. When you are choosing someone to cut your hedge, the photos are the only thing that tells you what the finish looks like — so we would rather show you our own than borrow somebody else's.
